MIDLAND - SWAT team members swarm a Midland house and come out with a man in cuffs and some big leads into several key investigations.
The bust happened on Wednesday morning at a house in the 4300 block of Pleasant Drive.
Police tell NewsWest 9, they targeted the house because there were reportedly stolen guns in the home.
When they went in, they found cocaine, marijuana, and a handful of evidence pointing toward the stolen firearms.
Police arrested 22-year-old Reginald Gilbert during the sting.
He's charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Gilbert remains behind bars and no bond has been set.
Police didn't find the stolen guns they were looking for but they think they got enough evidence that'll lead them to the weapons.
They also think this same investigation will clear up a string of car burglaries.
