ODESSA - Several hundred West Texas teens are setting their sights on the future and thanks to state stimulus money, some are already planning their next step to College.

It was all part of a program through the Workforce Investment Act.

Friday night's dinner at UTPB marked the end of the six week summer session.

Dozens of students, including about 20 at UTPB have stayed pretty busy.

The students got reading and math support, toured several businesses, and learned how to apply and study for college.

The annual program is organized by Workforce Solutions of the Permian Basin.
