BIG SPRING - A Big Spring family is sorting through what's left of their home after a late night fire.
The fire happened on Monday along Kiowa, just before ten.
Investigators say it started in the heater closet.
The garage and living room were badly burned, and the rest of the home suffered heavy smoke and water damage.
The home owner tells NewsWest 9, the house is a complete loss.
