PERMIAN BASIN - "Operation Falcon" nets thousands of arrests in West Texas this time around.
In the Permian Basin alone, 200 people were arrested during last month's operation.
"Operation Falcon" is put on by the U.S. Marshal's Service to round up dangerous fugitives across the Country.
