MIDLAND - A Stanton man is behind bars in Midland after a rollover wreck that killed his passenger.
27-year old William Linderman has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Tate troopers say Linderman was driving down highway 80, east of midland, when he ran off the road and flipped.
We're told Linderman called some friends to pick him and his passenger 41-year-old Randolph Robledo up.
From there, they dropped off Robledo at the Martin County Hospital where he died.
Troopers picked up Linderman at his home in Stanton.
He remains in jail.
No bond has been set.
