LUBBOCK - A Midland man is behind bars in Lubbock after being charged in connection with a shooting that occurred on Friday.
According to police, 41-year-old Bobby Dale Furr was one of three men involved in the shooting.
This all started outside Fast Eddie's when 22-year-old Edward Lee spotted the three in a pick-up behaving suspiciously.
Lee followed them for a while to another part of town when one of the men got out, broke the windshield, and shot Lee in the chest.
Lee is reported to be in good condition.
All three suspects are faicng several charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
