MIDLAND - NewsWest 9 has learned that the jury in the case against 22-year-old Alex Saldana has come back with a guilty verdict on all 5 counts that he was facing.

Saldana was found guilty of shooting and killing Stephen Adams in a Whataburger parking lot back in November.

Saldana also faces our counts of aggravated assault.
