MIDLAND - Sharp eyed drivers in Midland may have noticed a new billboard telling drivers to put the cell phone down and keep your eyes on the road.
The "Death by Cell Phone" billboard was put up by the National Safety Council to convince motorists to think twice before using their phones while driving.
Drivers who either text or talk on their phones are four times more likely to get into an accident.
The advertising board will also be put up in Tyler and Laredo.
