Pecos City Council to Consider Replacing City Sewer Lines

PECOS - A new plant on the way to Pecos will headline the next City Council agenda.

The state has given the thumbs-up for a wastewater treatment facility.

Pecos Mayor Richard Alligood tells NewsWest nine, they've got the funding in place and hope to begin construction by next year.

The council is also looking at replacing city sewer lines.

The Public Works Director plans to present the sewer improvements to city leaders during the meeting on Thursday.
