Hobbs Police Investigating Armed Robbery

HOBBS, N.M. - Hobbs Police are investigating an armed robbery at a grocery store.

It happened Sunday morning at the La Tienda grocery store on East Maryland. Police say two men wearing bandanas went into the store with a small handgun and grabbed money from the store's safe.

Hobbs Police arrived on the scene 30 seconds after a hold up alarm went off, but the suspects had already left.

A reward is being offered by La Tienda for information leading to the arrest of the suspects.
