MIDLAND COUNTY - It's now official; Erin Brockovich will make a trip to Midland.

After weeks of trying to schedule a trip to talk with residents, the famous legal clerk and environmental activist will be here.

Brockovich will arrive in the Tall City on Tuesday to speak with Midland County residents about the contaminated well water found at County Road 112 and 114.

Residents first learned about their private well waters contaminated with chromium back in April.

Since then, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has been trying to find the source of the chromium.

Brockovich is planning to speak this Tuesday at 6 o'clock at the Midland Horseshoe.

NewsWest 9 will be there to cover the public meeting and give you an update on the investigation.
