WINKLER COUNTY - Folks in Winkler County won't be cooling off anytime soon at least not in the County pools.
The pools in Wink and Kermit aren't open.
According County officials, both are over 50 years old and in bad shape.
A consulting firm is evaluating the condition of the pools to figure out a plan of action.
The issue will be discussed at Monday's Commissioner's Court meeting.
