PECOS - A Pecos man is behind bars charged with sexually assaulting his 13-year-old niece.
Investigators say 24-year-old Jesus Rodriguez began the assaults when the girl was as young as eight.
He faces three counts of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of indecency with a child, which are all felony charges.
