ANDREWS COUNTY - Authorities are still searching for a man after a high-speed chase late Monday night.

Officials tried to make a traffic stop in Andrews County, but the man took off on a motorcycle.

He made it all the way into Midland County after topping out at more than 130 miles-per-hour.

When he made it to a gas station authorities say he tried to hide behind the store. Then he tried to jump back on the motorcycle and take off again, but a deputy knocked him off the bike with a patrol car.

That's when the man fled on foot into a nearby pasture. Midland County deputies, Andrews County deputies and DPS Troopers spent hours searching for him.
