MIDLAND - The Midland City Council will consider a million dollar resolution at Tuesday's meeting.

The Council will decide whether or not to approve an agreement between the Midland Development Corporation and the Permian Plaza, L.L.C.

The Midland Development Corporation approved a two million dollar deal last week.

It calls for a state of the art parking garage that will hold more than 400 cars.

The development is designed to bring new stores, restaurants, and office space to downtown.

Also on Tuesday's agenda, the city will consider a resolution to create an A.T.V. Park in the former Cole Park location.
