A convicted cocaine dealer gets himself in even deeper trouble for threatening a witness against him.

25-year-old Jose Vasquez admitted to making the threats in federal court.

He was already looking at 20 years in prison for selling cocaine, which he confessed to doing back in March.

He stayed out on bond while waiting to be sentenced.

That's when prosecutors say he went by a home in Andrews and made gestures like he had a gun.

He was re-arrested after a high speed chase.

Vasquez could get another 20 years for the threats.
