EDDY COUNTY, NEW MEXICO - Continuing coverage as investigators search for more clues in the case of missing Fort Stockton Rancher Joe Daggett.
According to authorities, 57-year-old Lightsey Saul has waived extradition meaning he won't challenge authorities moving him from Eddy County, New Mexico to Midland County.
Investigators tell NewsWest 9, Saul will be moved to the Midland jail this week.
Saul is accused of killing Joe Daggett while trying to rob him in March of 1988.
So far, Saul and one other man have been arrested in connection to Daggett's death, but the lead investigator says they're getting ready to make a third arrest.
