Trial Date Set for Suspect Accused of Killing Three Odessa Police Officers

ODESSA - The man accused of killing three Odessa police officers will have his day in court.

Larry Neil White's trial is set for January 11th in Ector County.

The 60-year-old is accused of gunning down and killing three Odessa officers in September of 2007.

Police went to his home on Ventura after his wife called 911 for help.

Investigators say White barricaded himself inside his home, then opened fire.

Corporals Scott Gardner, Arlie Jones, and Abel Marquez all lost their lives.

White faces three counts of capital murder.
