A Big Spring man already facing robbery charges in Midland can add the same charge from Big Spring to his troubles.
32-year-old Phillip Garcia has been charged with aggravated robbery for ripping off the Chicken Express in Big Spring.
Investigators say he robbed the chicken joint at gunpoint the same night he tried to rob this Pinkie's Liquor Store in Midland.
Howard County Deputies arrested Garcia on Monday for the Midland robbery.
