New details have been released regarding the Andrews man accused of threatening President Barack Obama.

Timothy Ryan Gutierrez is headed back to the Basin.

A judge ordered the 21-year-old released from a Colorado jail on Wednesday.

Gutierrez has to wear an electronic monitor, and he has to stay off the Internet, except to look for work.

Gutierrez plead guilty to making the threats against the President by email.

Prosectors say he sent the threats to the F.B.I. a week before the President's inauguration.

He faces up to 18 months in prison at his July 31 sentencing.
