IRVING, Texas (AP) - An air-supported practice bubble that covers a practice at the Dallas Cowboys' facility collapsed during a strong thunderstorm on Saturday.

NBC Affiliate KXAS in Dallas is reporting 12 people including Cowboys special teams Coach Joe DeCamillis along with assistant secondary coach Brett Maxie were injured in the collapse.

KXAS is also reporting that the storm hit while 27 rookie players were going through workouts inside the facility. There were about 70 people in the facility at the time of the collapse, including coaches, team personnel and media.

Witnesses said lights started flickering and shaking minutes before the collapse prompting players, coaches, staff members, and reporters to vacate the building.

Strong thunderstorms have been moving through the Dallas-Fort Worth area Saturday afternoon. Parts of North Texas are under a tornado watch.
