EUNICE, NEW MEXICO - New water plans are in the works in Eunice.
City officials are close to finalizing a deal that will replace 30-miles of existing water lines in the city.
The price tag is 2.5 million dollars.
That's less than they expected, so now they're in talks with the state about funding for the next 2 phases.
