ANDREWS COUNTY - An upcoming bond election in Andrews County won't cost the taxpayers a dime.

Waste Control Specialists (W.C.S.) has agreed to reimburse the County for the cost of the election.

W.C.S. is asking Andrews County voters to approve a 75-million dollar bond issue that would help finance two land fills that would house low-level radioactive waste.

The election will be held in May.
