Illegal Construction Workers Arrested in Odessa

ODESSA - A raid on an Odessa apartment complex in Odessa punches a one way ticket back across the border for as many as 17 suspected illegal workers.

Immigration and Customs Agents are investigating after making the bust at the Dorado Ranch on Faudree Road.

Officials say 15 of the workers were from Mexico and the other two were from Nicaragua.

They add those men were hired by several sub-contractors for construction work ranging from painting to landscaping.

Several of the workers have already been have been deported, while others are being held for additional questioning.
