BARSTOW - A Barstow postal employee is facing jail time for allegedly stealing money orders. Deida Tarin has been charged with misapropriation of postal funds.
Tarin allegedly took money orders, which the Barstow Post Office sells, and used them to pay bills. She would then pay them pack at a later date.
The thefts allegeldy happened back in February and March. She faces up to ten years in prison if convicted.
