Police arrest a 20-year-old Hobbs man in connection with a fatal hit and run.
Abigail Balboa Maldonado was hit and killed this summer.
Investigators believe Bobby Ruiz was driving the car that hit the 22-year-old woman.
Last month, police issued a warrant charging him with failure to render aid.
Hobbs police say they arrested Ruiz over the weekend, when they pulled him over for a traffic stop.
