A truck crash that happened on Monday in Odessa has turned deadly.
29 year old George Holguin died Thursday from a wreck on Highway 80 and Faudree.
Police say Holguin, a woman, and 4 year old girl were driving down Highway 80, when a truck stopped at the sign on Faudree, and pulled out in front of them.
The woman and child were taken away in an ambulance, Holguin rode with them, but refused treatment.
According to police, doctors at the hospital conviced him to be checked out.
Troopers say he died Thursday from his injuries.
The driver of the truck, police say caused the wreck, 25 year old Michael Riley of Odessa had non life threatening injuries.
The accident is still under investigation.
Riley was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.
Other charges may be filed.
