Youth Pastor Reassigned After Being Indicted on Felony Charges

ODESSA - An Odessa youth pastor has been re-assigned after allegedly sexually abusing a teenage girl.

44-year-old Robert Weber is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl he counseled at Second Baptist Church of Odessa.

The indictment details three sexual encounters Weber allegedly had with the teen in August and October last year.

Webber was arrested late last month and posted bond the same day.

Church officials have re-assigned Webber, but have made no further comment.
