Two men accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a Brewster County teen have both been indicted.
46-year-old Daniel Martinez and 27-year-old Kristopher Bucanan were indicted on Wednesday by a grand jury on charges of aggravated sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, and arson.
The Brewster County Sheriff's Office says Martinez and Bucanan kidnapped the 18-year-old from a bar in the Terlingua ghost town earlier this month.
Then they sexually assaulted him and set his car on fire.
Both men remain behind bars in Brewster County.
