OKLAHOMA - A former Pastor from Odessa will spend 10 years behind bars for molesting a 15-year-old girl at his Oklahoma Church.
According to the Oklahoman newspaper, 28-year-old Joshua Spires pleaded guilty to lewd molestation.
Court records show he molested the girl every Sunday at the Church about an hour before services began.
It started in 2007 and ended when the girl broke it off last November.
Both spires and the girl told authorities the sex was consensual, but by Oklahoma Law, a 15-year-old can't consent to a sexual relationship.
Spears will be eligible for early release after serving 8 and a half years.
He'll also pay a $10,000 dollar fine.
