Morning Forecast with Meteorologist Dylan Smith

This morning our biggest threat is going to be fog, along with the possibility of freezing fog in some of our colder locations. Meaning there could be some areas that could see some icy conditions, especially on over passes and bridges. So be sure and take it slow this morning on your commute. After this morning we should warm up to around 47 by this afternoon with partly cloudy conditions. Leaving us with a cool night and start to tomorrow with low temperatures in the mid 30s. Then we should warm up to around upper 50s that afternoon with some slight chances of showers for areas from Big Bend to some of the southern Trans Pecos region.

Wednesday is looking to be a beautiful sunny day with highs in the upper 60s ad lows in the 40s. This is the beginning of our warming trend through the rest of the work week, as both Thursday and Friday highs are looking to be in the lower 70s with lows in mid 40s at this time. However, based on the timing of a cold front we are tracking come next weekend these temperatures are subject to change. At this time for next weekend we are looking at highs in the 40s and 50s withe lows 20s and 30s.
