ODESSA, TX (KWES) - According to Odessa police, the previous manager of the Odessa Animal Control Shelter has resigned.
Maribel Vasquez resigned at the end of December. Her last day was January 4.
Vasquez had been the shelter manager since August 2017. She previously served as an adoption coordinator and interim director.
