MIDLAND-Odessa, TX (KWES) - As you begin making plans for your New Year celebrations, keep in mind that there are many places around the Midland-Odessa area that will be offering events on Dec. 31.
Hotels:
- Hotel Settles is hosting a New Year’s Eve Celebration, guests can enjoy live music by Spur 327, a buffet dinner, champagne, midnight party favors, black-eyed peas and corn bread. There are multiple packages for sale which range from $199 to $499 or just pay for entry to the New Year’s bar party for $15. Festivities are from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at 200 E. 3rd St., Big Spring.
- DoubleTree by Hilton will offer a New Year’s Eve 70s Retro Party, the special package for the festivities is $104 and will include one room, breakfast for two and two tickets for the party at the reserve lounge. If you just want to go to the party, you can get tickets for $15 which includes a champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres and 70s hits. The party will be from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. at 117 W. Wall St., Midland.
Restaurants/bars:
- Bean and Grape will be providing guests with hors d’oeuvres and a champagne toast at midnight. You must reserve your seat by Dec. 31 at noon by emailing marketing@beanandgrape.co, tickets are $40 per person. The event will be from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at 3211 W. Wadley, Midland.
- The Buffalo Nickel’s New Year’s Eve Bash will feature live music by Clete Bradley, champagne cocktails, cigars, beer, wine and a countdown to midnight. The bash will be from 3 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at 216 N. Main, Midland.
- Triple Threat Sports Bar and Grill will provide karaoke and complimentary champagne. The fun will be from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at 12 Meta Dr., Midland.
- The Beer Garden will be having a New Year’s Eve Karaoke Party that will begin at 9 p.m. at 7112 W. Highway 80.
Dancing/music:
- La Hacienda will be hosting live music by Los Vendavales and Polo Urías y Su Máquina Norteña to ring in 2019. The music will be from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. at 12610 State Highway 191, Midland.
- Club 305 will be having their New Year’s celebration from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. at 620 N. Grandview Ave, Odessa. You must call to reserve your table and bottle of champagne.
For kids:
- Cinergy (Odessa and Amarillo) will be offering all-you-can-play attractions, bowling, games and a buffet dinner. Tickets are $24.99 per person, ages 10 and older. The fun will be from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at your select Cinergy.
- KC’s Nutty Roller rink is having a party where they will provide hats and horns for the midnight countdown. They will also have blackout skates. Admission is $16, $1 for regular skates and $5 for roller blades. The fun will be from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. at 1004 “A” Andrews Hwy, Midland.
