MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - The High Sky Wing is back for the fifth year providing people the opportunity to see the Christmas lights of Midland in a fun and unique way.
If you’re interested, you can ride in a C-45, a World War II aircraft and fly over Midland with a beautiful holiday view.
Opportunities run from 6 to 9:30 p.m. December 15 through 23. Flights take off every 30 minutes from the CAF High Sky Wing Main Hangar at Midland International Air & Space Port.
While you are waiting for your flight, you can enjoy complimentary cookies and hot chocolate and even tour the Midland Army Air Field Museum.
Cabin seats are $75 and there are four available per flight. Each flight also has a co-pilot seat available for $145, or you can purchase all five seats for $395.
