MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - The Midland Festival Ballet will be performing their 25th anniversary production of “The Nutcracker.”

The cast will include over 100 local performers, MFB Alumna Lindsey Croop, Anthony Spaulding of the Dance Theatre of Harlem and others from Ballet San Antonio, Boulder Ballet, etc.

The special guests include Karina Gonzalez and Ian Casady of the Houston Ballet as the Sugarplum Fairy and her Cavalier.

Music for the ballet will be performed by the Midland-Odessa Symphony & Chorale.

The show will be on stage at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 22 and at 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 23. All performances will be at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center, 1310 Farm to Market 1788.
