MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - The Permian Basin Area Foundation will be announcing the winners of the 2018 Fall Grant Cycle 2 p.m. on December 4.
During the announcement ceremony, each grant recipient will be briefly share about the project for which they were awarded a grant.
A total of $1.3 million will be given away at this event.
