OPD asking for public’s help investigating shooting in northwest Odessa

OPD are asking for the public's help with a shooting that left one with minor injuries.

ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Odessa police are asking for the public’s help with a shooting investigation that occurred in northwest Odessa on November 22.

At around 3:30 p.m. on November 22, OPD responded to the 1600 block of Hemphill in reference to a shots fired call.

Investigators founda 25-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman had been standing outside when a white Dodge Ram drove by and began to shoot at them. The suspect also fired multiple rounds at the residence and a parked vehicle.

Upon arrival officers discovered multiple bullet holes in the residence and a bullet hole in the vehicle. The man also sustained bodily injured from the richocet of bullets being fired.

The suspect’s vehicle is described as a white dodge pickup with dark tinted windows and a white tool box in the bed.
