MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - Halloween day, Wed. Oct. 31, Senator Ted Cruz will be at the Midland International Air and Space Port in the George H.W. Bush Hangar from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Cruz will speak at the event with his campaign bus in tow. He will be joined by Congressman Mike Conaway.
